Biography

Gregg Wilson

Growing up in the Napa valley and Hawaii Gregg spent most of his time hiking, surfing, and skateboarding. Moving back to California 1987 the building began. Starting off with high-end home remodels and then accelerating in all aspects construction, the houses were not enough. He soon begain focusing on the restoration of Victorians. The art he was seeking was there, from the entry friezes to the finials the beauty was brought back to life. Drafted into the carpenters union in the mid nineties, large commercial projects were the next challenge. Restaurants, Bars, Nightclubs, Boutiques, laboratories, hospitals, low rises to High-rises, San Francisco to Las Vegas the buildings got bigger and more technical.

With a love for metal, he always explores many different sides of building from a small bracelet to a 27,000 pound steel sculpture the liquid to liquid process of metal is a creative area which he enjoys. Traveling to twenty five countries, he incorporates many styles into his building & sculptures, residential to commercial, fashionable and the eccentric, the building goes on. Gregg currently resides in San Francisco making ideas sketched on a bar napkin become a reality.
